Following is a basic itinerary of our travel plans:

Friday, March 14, 2008
9:57 a.m.          Transportation to the airport on your own, must arrive no later than
                        8:15 a.m.
                        Air Tran flight #101 (arrives Atlanta 12:59 p.m.)
2:09 p.m.          Air Tran flight #362 (arrives LaGuardia 4:18 p.m.)

Load students on charter bus from LaGuardia to check in at Super 8 Times Square

Activities for March 14
Sight seeing in Times Square, dinner provided - TBA

Saturday, March 15, 2008
5:00 a.m.          “Good Morning America” or “Today Show” (optional)
8:00 a.m.          Breakfast provided at hotel
9:00 a.m.          Sight Seeing – more info to follow
11:00 a.m.        LUNCH ON YOUR OWN – NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE COST
2:00 p.m.          “Les Miserables” – Broadhurst Theatre
5:30 p.m.          Dinner provided - TBA
8:00 p.m.          Musical – TBA

9:00 a.m.          NBC Studio Tour- Rockefeller Center

7:00 p.m.          “Legally Blonde” – Palace Theatre

11:00 a.m.        St. Patrick’s Day Parade

8:30 p.m.          Picture in Times Square
10:00 p.m.        Pack for Tuesday departure

7:00 a.m.          Breakfast at hotel
8:00 a.m.          Shuttle to LaGuardia
11:05 a.m.        Air Tran flight #361 to Atlanta (arrives 1:35 p.m.)
2:21 p.m.          Air Tran flight #102 to DFW (arrives 3:39 p.m.)

Basic Package Cost - $1,300

Payment schedule:

• $100 due September 24 (non-refundable)
• $240 due October 15
• $240 due November 15
• $240 due December 15
• $240 due January 15
• $240 due February 11

 

***IF YOUR TRIP PAYMENT IS MORE THAN 3 DAYS LATE YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST OF TRAVELERS.  REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AT ANY TIME.  IN THE EVENT YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE TRIP, YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE TO PURCHASE YOUR TRIP DIRECTLY FROM YOU OR YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE.
